❀ When will my package arrive?

 

All orders are estimated to ship within 3-7 business days after an order is placed. Please see our shipping policy as processing times vary for certain items.

 

If we believe your order will be significantly delayed, we’ll be sure to contact you.

 

Once shipped, the estimated delivery time for US orders is 2-8 business days. 

 

Please be aware that once your package is handed off to USPS, we are no longer responsible for the package in the case of lost, damaged or stolen packages.

  

 

❀  Do you ship internationally?

 

No, we currently do not ship internationally.

 

 

❀  What happens if I provide the wrong address or order the wrong size?

 

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all information provided is accurate and up to date. If you notice you have entered your address incorrectly or ordered the wrong size, please reach out to us ASAP within 24 HOURS of placing your order.

 

If you do not contact us WITHIN 24 HOURS, we cannot modify your order and we will fulfill it with the original information you provided.

 

 

What if I am unsatisfied with my items?

 

We thank you for shopping with us and apologize for the dissatisfaction.

 

In the case of damaged/defective/unsatisfied printed products or wrong sizes, please do not hesitate to reach out to us so that we can quickly resolve the issue. Please be sure to provide us with clear photos of the products under natural sunlight or in a well lit environment and let us know what your issue is so that we may work together to resolve it.
